07:53 PM EST, 02/07/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Restaurant chain owner Barbeque-Nation Hospitality (NSE:BARBEQUE, BOM:543283) is acquiring an additional 200 equity shares, amounting to a 3.06% stake, in its subsidiary Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy from existing shareholders for 58 million Indian rupees.
The deal will increase the company"s shareholding in Red Apple from 75.16% to 78.22%, according to a post-market hours filing on Tuesday.
The transaction is expected to complete by March 31.
